Orders and Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. For expedited shipping (1-2 business days), please select express shipping at checkout. All peptides are shipped with cold chain packaging to maintain stability and potency during transit.
Click “My Account” in the top navigation, then select “Register.” You’ll need to provide your name, email, shipping address, and confirm you’re 21+ years old. Research accounts require additional verification for institutional orders.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@primalpeptides.co. For future orders, update your address in “My Account” > “Addresses” section.
No, we do not store any payment information on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that are PCI DSS compliant for maximum security.
Yes, we collect applicable state sales tax based on your shipping address as required by state regulations. Tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping due to regulatory restrictions on research peptides. A valid US address is required for all orders.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging. Contact us before returning any items.
Contact us immediately at support@primalpeptides.co with your order number and photos of the received items. We’ll arrange for immediate replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
If your peptides arrived damaged or the cold chain was compromised, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and products. We’ll expedite a replacement at no charge and investigate with our shipping partner.
Returns must be pre-authorized. Once approved, we’ll provide specific return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Never ship returns without prior authorization – unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement on business days. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately for urgent modifications.
Yes, you can join our waitlist for out-of-stock items. We’ll notify you via email when the peptide is back in stock. Popular items like BPC-157 and TB-500 typically restock within 2-3 weeks.
